Human Unity only sends text messages to people who have explicitly opted in. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. We do not share your phone number with advertisers or political organizations. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
The Human Unity SMS program is operated by Litzenberg & Associates LLC, the registered entity behind the Human Unity project. References to "Human Unity," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Litzenberg & Associates LLC operating the Human Unity program.
Human Unity SMS messages are high-signal and infrequent. We do not use SMS for newsletters, fundraising, or political messaging. Messages may include: chapter event alerts and reminders, consent round notifications for chapter members, urgent network updates that require timely awareness, and direct coordination messages requested by you.
Message frequency varies. During active periods you may receive 2–4 messages per month. During quiet periods, you may receive no messages at all.
Message and data rates may apply.
Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to messages sent and received. Human Unity does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for rate information.
You may opt out of Human Unity SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP to any Human Unity text message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications.
Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all are recognized opt-out keywords.
Email hello@humanunity.us with your phone number and a request to be removed.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not unsubscribe you from email communications.
Reply HELP to any Human Unity text message to receive contact information and a link to these terms. You may also contact us directly at hello@humanunity.us.
Human Unity's SMS program is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are treated with the same care as all personal information described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use your number for political targeting or advertising.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify active SMS subscribers via text message and update the "last updated" date on this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
